Youtube Star Arrested After Kids in Horrible Condition

(Scypre.com) – A YouTube mother of six and her business partner, known for their roles as parenting and lifestyle influencers, have recently faced legal troubles in Utah. According to state officials, Ruby Franke and her associate Jodi Hildebrandt have been arrested and charged with two counts of child abuse each.

The arrest of Franke and Hildebrandt followed a disturbing incident that unfolded after Santa Clara police received a distress call around 10:50 p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a severely malnourished and emaciated juvenile with open wounds and duct tape around their extremities, as reported in a press release on Thursday.

Due to the gravity of the situation, authorities promptly transported the injured child to a hospital for immediate medical attention. Further investigation led officers to a residence where they found another child in a similar condition, who was also transported to a hospital. Evidence found at the scene appeared to correlate with the markings on the juvenile victims.

Subsequently, a search warrant was executed, leading to the rescue of a total of four children. Franke and Hildebrandt were taken into custody following these events. Shari Franke, one of Ruby Franke’s daughters, took to Instagram to express her relief at the unfolding justice, stating that they had been trying to alert the authorities for years about the situation. She emphasized the long journey ahead for the children’s recovery and requested privacy for the family during this challenging time.

Ruby Franke’s sisters also spoke out on Instagram, explaining that they had remained silent about their concerns for three years to protect the children. They expressed relief that the arrests had finally occurred, ensuring the safety of the kids.

Ruby Franke and Jodi Hildebrandt jointly operated a YouTube channel called ConneXions, previously known as Moms of Truth. The channel aimed to provide guidance to their 4,650 followers on successfully navigating life. Their latest video, posted on Tuesday, was part of a series addressing victimhood, with Franke discussing the concept of personal responsibility.

Prior to this venture, Ruby Franke was well-known for her YouTube parenting channel, “8 Passengers,” where she documented her life raising six children with her husband. In her videos, she covered various parenting topics, often featuring her husband and even offering financial advice in a live couples workshop. However, the channel has since been deleted.
