Boy Killed By Murderous Monkeys

(Scypre.com) – In a small village called Salki in India, a group of aggressive monkeys has been causing a lot of trouble. Recently, they attacked a 10-year-old boy named Dipak Thakor while he was playing with his friends.

One of the monkeys hurt him badly, digging its claws into him and tearing out his intestines. Dipak was quickly taken to the hospital, but sadly, the doctors couldn’t save him.

A local official shared, “His intestine was ripped out in the attack. He rushed back to his house and was taken to a hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.” This is not the first time these monkeys have caused harm. In fact, it’s the third attack in the village in just one week.

The monkeys are still on the loose, and they have been responsible for several attacks. Vishal Chaudhary, a forest official in Salki, mentioned that they are trying to catch this “large troop” of monkeys.

They have managed to capture a few so far, rescuing two langurs and setting up cages to trap another one. Chaudhary explained, “There is a large troop of monkeys in the village, including four adults who have been involved in attacks in the past one week. Two of them have been rescued. Efforts are on to cage another.”

This isn’t the only dangerous encounter with monkeys in India. In a similar incident earlier this year, a 3-year-old boy was taken by a monkey and carried up a cliff.

Thankfully, the police conducted a search for several hours and were able to find the child, returning her safely to her parents. It’s a reminder that these encounters can be risky, and efforts are being made to protect people from such incidents.
